MFT Sketch Challenge 597

 

Hello Crafty Friends! Happy Wednesday! It's time for a new Wednesday Sketch Challenge from My Favorite Things. Come play along for a chance to win a $50 MFT Gift Voucher!

I have a clean and simple slimline card to share with you today featuring these super cute bunnies from the new Parachute Pals.

I stamped the images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and highlighted with gel pens. I used the coordinating Parachute Pals Die-nammics to cut them out.

Bunnies: E50/51/53/33, R00, R20

Blue: B21/24/28/26

Yellow: Y11/13/15/19

Hat: E50/51/53/55

Goggles: BG70, C5

I took a piece of Smooth White cardstock (3.5" x 8.5"), Mini Cloud Edges stencil and Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide to create the cloudy background. Once the panel was dry, I trimmed it with the Slimline Double Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I matted the panel to a piece of Smooth White cardstock and then a piece of Cornflower cardstock (3.5" x 8.5").

I stamped a sentiment from the Tweet Greetings stamp set with Versamark Watermark Ink onto a piece of Licorice Black cardstock before adding white embossing powder and heat embossing it. I trimmed it out with a sentiment strip with a die from the Blueprint 27 Die-namics.

I adhered all of the colored images and sentiment strip onto the cloudy panel with foam tape for some dimension and interest. Finally, the panel was adhered to a Smooth White side folding card base (3.5" x 8.5").
