MFT Stamps June Release Countdown Day 3

 

Hello, Crafty Friends! Today is Day 3 of the MFT May Release Countdown! We're halfway there! Only 3 more days until the big release! 

Today, I have a colorful rainbow card to share with you featuring the new YOUnicorn set and Stitched Tall Rainbow Die-namics.

I stamped this beautiful unicorn onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers. I used the coordinating YOUnicorn Die-namics to cut it out.

I wanted to make sure that my unicorn matched my rainbow so I diecut the Stitched Tall Rainbow Die-namics out of Neenah Solar White 110 lb cardstock and also colored it with Copic markers.

COPIC COLORS

Unicorn: C00/0/1, W3, RV23, Y13/15, YG03/17, BG11/15, B24/26, V04

Pink: RV21/23/25

Yellow: Y11/13/15

YG00/01/03/17

Teal: BG10/11/15

Blue: B21/24/26

Purple: V01/04/06

I used a piece of Smooth White cardstock (4.25" x 5.5"), MFT Mini Cloud Edges Die-namics and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink to create a background for my rainbow.

For the sentiment, I stamped a sentiment from the set onto a piece of Smooth White cardstock with MFT Extreme Black ink before trimming it out with one of the sentiment strip dies from the Blueprint 5 Die-namics.

I adhered the rainbow directly onto the panel with liquid adhesive. I popped the sentiment strip and unicorn onto some foam tape for a bit of dimension and interest. I adhered the panel onto a Smooth White card base (4.25" x 5.5"). Finally, I finished the card with a few clear sparkling sequins.
