MFT Stamps July Release Day

 

Hello Crafty Friends! The My Favorite Things July Release is now live! This is such a wonderful release packed full of birthday themed products! This was especially useful for me since I make  birthday cards far more than any other types of cards. Today, I have a fun pair of mini slimline birthday cards to share with you featuring the absolutely beautiful and festive new Happy Birthday Herd illustrated by the extremely talented Stacey Yacula. I've paired the images with the new Happy Happy Birthday Stamp set.

I stamped the images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and accented with gel pens.

Cow: E000/00/41/31/55, R000/00, W1

Pig: E000/00 R01/20/21/22, W1

Horse: E30/33/35/37, W1

Goat: E50/51, R000/00, W1

Blue: B0000/000/00/02

Red: R22/24/29

Background: B0000/000

For the sentiment, I stamped the Happy Happy Birthday set with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink. I colored with Copic markers (B0000/000/00/02 for first card, B02 for second card) and accented with a white gel pen.

I trimmed the colored panels with the Stitched Mini Slimline STAX Die-namics. I adhered the colored panel to a piece of Red Hot cardstock (3" x 6") before adhering it to a Smooth White cardbase (3" x 6").
