MFT Stamps Let's Party Card Kit Release

Hello Crafty Friends! The brand new Let's Party Card Kit from My Favorite Things is now available! This kit is packed with so many fun products that are just perfect for birthdays and celebrations! This Card Kit will be available as a bundle deal of 30% off the retail price while supplies last!

I have two clean and simple birthday cards to share with you today.  They both featured the Let's Celebrate Stamp set, Gifts Galore Die-namics and from the Let's Party Card Kit but have slightly different looks.

For my first card, I diecut the balloons and gift bags out of a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock. The handles of the bags were diecut out of Gravel Gray cardstock. I colored the pieces with Copic markers and accented with gel pens.

COPIC COLORS:
Blue: B0000/000/00/02
Green: YG00/01/03
Yellow: Y11/13/15/17
Orange: Y17 YR04/07/09
Red: R20/22/24/27/29

I adhered the colored balloons and bags to a piece of Smooth White cardstock (4" x 5.25") with liquid adhesive. I used a Copic Multiliner to draw in some balloons strings.

For the sentiment, I stamped a sentiment from the Let's Celebrate stamp set with Versamark Watercolor Ink onto a piece of Black Licorice cardstock. I added white embossing powder and heat embossed before diecutting with the Blueprints 27 Die-namics. I adhered the sentiment to the front panel with some foam tape for some interest and dimensions.

The front panel was adhered to a piece of Black Licorice cardstock (4.25" x 5.5") before I adhered it to a Smooth White cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").

For my second card, I diecut the balloons and bags out of Red Hot, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Summer Splash and Grape Jelly cardstock. I also diecut a cupcake with the Sips and Sweets Die-namcs out of Ripe Raspberry, Kraft and Silver cardstock. I assembled and decorated with a white gel pen as seen in the pictures.

I took a piece of Smooth White cardstock (4" x 5.25") and ink blended a subtle bit of color to the background with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks. I stamped a sentiment from the Let's Celebrate stamp set directly onto the panel with Extreme Black ink.

I adhered the panel onto a piece of Lemon Drop cardstock (4.25" x 5.5"). I adhered the three taller bags and balloons directly onto the white panel with liquid adhesive. I adhered the two shorter bags with foam tape for some interest. Once again, I used a Copic Multiliner to draw in the balloon string.

I adhered the panel onto a Smooth White cardbase (4.25" x 5.5") and finished the card with some sparkling clear sequins.
