MFT Stamps Sketch Challenge 634

I have a clean and simple card to share with you today featuring this adorable dragon from the BB Magical Dragons. I just love all of the Birdie Brown illustrations and this dragon is just the cutest!

I stamped the image onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and highlighted gel pens. I fussy cut the dragon since I didn't have the coordinating BB Magical Dragons Die-namics.

For the background, I took a piece of Smooth White cardstock and ink blended with some Tumbled Glass and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks. I diecut it using the frame die from the Blueprints 9 Die-namics. I used the circle dies from the set to diecut a hole on the panel and the hole reinforcement out of Black Licorice cardstock. I adhered the hole reinforcement with liquid adhesive.

I also diecut some clouds out of Smooth White cardstock using the Cutest Clouds Ever Die-namics.

For the sentiment, I stamped one of the sentiments from the BB Polar Bear Pals onto a piece of anti-static treated Black Licorice cardstock with Versamark Watermark ink. I added white embossing powder before heat setting the embossing. I diecut the sentiment out with the stitched banner die from the Blueprints 25 Die-namics.

I adhered the dragon, clouds and the sentiment strip with foam tape for a bit of interest. I added a piece of ribbon and twine to the top of the panel. I added a piece of kraft foam to the back of the panel. Finally, I adhered the panel to a top folding Smooth White cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
