MFT Stamps Sketch Challenge 637

I have a clean and simple birthday card to share with you today featuring these sweet pandas from the new Best Friends in the Galaxy set. These cuties are just perfect to wish someone a stellar birthday.

I stamped the Best Friends in the Galaxy images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and highlighted gel pens. I used the coordinating Best Friends in the Galaxy Die-namics to cut them out.

For the background, I took a piece of Smooth White cardstock and masked off the bottom part of the panel with masking tape before I ink blended the sky with Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean and Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide inks. Once dried, I trimmed out the panel with the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2 Die-namics. I added some stars with a white gel pen.

For the sentiment, I stamped one of the sentiments from the set with MFT Extreme Black ink onto a piece of Smooth White cardstock. The sentiment was then trimmed out with one of the dies from the Blueprints 27 Die-namics. 

I adhered all of the colored images and sentiment strips to the panel with foam tape for a bit of dimension and interest. Finally, I adhered the panel to a Smooth White cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
