MFT Stamps April Release Countdown Day 3

Hello, Crafty Friends! It's Day 3 of the MFT April Release Countdown! We're halfway there! This wonderful release is filled with so many amazing products and will be available Tuesday, April 11 at 10:00 EDT.

Today, I have an Easter card to share with you featuring the fun Flowers & Fillers Die-namics, beautiful Twice Blessed Die-namics and gorgeous Stitched Hexagon STAX Die-namics. 

I started by die cutting all of the flowers, leaves and letters using the Flowers & Fillers Die-namics and Connected Alphabet Die-namics out of Lemon Drop, Limelight, Grapsicle and Grape Jelly cardstock. I also diecut and layered up the Twice Blessed Die-namics three times out of Grape Jelly cardstock. 

In order to create some dimension and give them a bit of realistic look, I used embossing tools to lightly curl the edges of the flower petals. I assembled all of the flower parts with a combo of liquid adhesive and thin foam tape to give them some dimension.

I diecut a piece of Smooth White cardstock with the largest of the Stitched Hexagon STAX Die-namics. I adhered a piece of craft foam behind it before adhering it to a piece of patterned paper (4.25" x 5.5") from the new Springing for Houndstooth Paper Pad.

I adhered the letters, word die, leaves and flowers to the front panel with liquid adhesive before adhering the panel to a Smooth White cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
