MFT Stamps June Release Countdown: Only 1 More Day & GIVEAWAY

 

Hello, Crafty Friends! Guess what?! Tomorrow is the big day! The MFT Stamps June Release will be available tomorrow, Tuesday, June 13 at 10:00 am EDT! 

I have one more sneak peek inspiration to share with you. Have a Quacky Birthday! Today, I have a sweet birthday card featuring these adorable little duckies from the new SY Pond Pals that's beautifully illustrated by Stacey Yacula. Aren't these little ducks just the cutest? 

I stamped the images from the SY Pond Pals stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the coordinating SY Pond Pals Die-namics to cut them out.

I used a piece of Smooth White cardstock (4.25" x 5.5"), the new Happy Hexagons Stencil and some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink to ink blend a subtle background. 

I took another piece of white cardstock and trimmed it with the second, third and fourth smallest of the Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics and the largest of the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX set 2 Die-namics. I adhered all of the colored images onto and behind the panel. I adhered this panel to the ink blended panel with some foam tape.

For the sentiment, I stamped of one of the sentiments from the set with Versamark Watermark ink onto a piece of anti-static treated Cement Gray cardstock. I added white embossing powder before heat setting the embossing. The sentiment was then trimmed out with one of the dies from the Blueprints 27 Die-namics. I adhered the sentiment to the panel with some foam tape.

Finally, I adhered the panel to a Smooth White cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
