MFT Stamps June Release Countdown: TWO Days Left & GIVEAWAY

 

Hello, Crafty Friends! Are you ready? We're almost there! There are only 2 days left until the MFT June Release! This awesome release is filled with so many fun products and will be available Tuesday, June 13 at 10:00 EDT. 

Enjoy Every Moment of Your Birthday! Today I have a super fun birthday card to share with you featuring these adorable unicorns from the new One-of-a-Kind Friend set  How cool would that be to float down the river on a doughnut?! These unicorns certainly look like they’re having a great time! 

I stamped the images from the One-of-a-Kind Friend stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the coordinating One-of-a-Kind Friend Die-namics to cut them out. 

COPIC COLORS:

Unicorns: N0/1/2, RVRV00/02/04, Y38 YR04, Y02/15, YG01/03, B00/02, V12/15

Doughnuts: E51/53/33

Orange Frosting: Y35/38 YR04/07

Yellow Frosting: Y02/13/15/19

Pink Frosting: RV00/02/04

I used the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX set 2 Die-namics to trim a piece of patterned paper from the new Rainbow Plaid Paper Pad and Smooth White cardstock. I stamped one of the sentiments from the set directly onto the white panel with MFT Extreme Black ink. 

For the background, I trimmed a piece of patterned paper from the new Sand, Surf & Sky Paper Pad. I adhered the "river" onto the white panel and the white panel onto the plaid panel with liquid adhesive. I adhered all of the colored images onto the panel with foam tape for a bit of dimension and interest.

Finally, I adhered the panel to a Smooth White cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
