MFT Stamps October Release Spotlight: Nicest on the List

Hello, Crafty Friends! Today we are Spotlighting the new Nicest on the List set and some fun patterned paper. I just love all of the classic Santas in this release.

You've Topped the Nice List! I have a fun and super quick and easy Christmas card with you today featuring this adorable Santa from the new Nicest on the List set. There are 3 other equally cute Santas in this set but I choose this one because he matched that sentiment  from the new Top-Notch Service stamp set perfectly! I have paired the Santa image up with the new Colorful Christmas Text Paper Pad. The patterned paper in this paper pad are so beautiful! The print is super sharp and the array of colors is gorgeous!

I stamped the image from the Nicest on the List stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the coordinating Nicest on the List Die-namics to cut him out.

COPIC COLORS:
Skin: E000/00/21/11/93
Beard: C00/1
Santa's hat/suit: R22/24/29/39, N0/1
Gloves/Shoes: W5/7

For the background, I took a piece of white cardstock and stamped one of the sentiments from the new Top-Notch Service stamp set using MFT Extreme Black ink.I trimmed the panel with the second largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2 Die-namics. I used some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks to ink blend a little color to the panel. A Copic marker (B02) and a white gel pen were used to add on some dots for a bit of interest.

I adhered a piece of craft foam to the back of the stitched panel before adhering it to a piece of patterned paper from the new Colorful Christmas Text Paper PadThe colored Santa image was adhered to the stitched panel with foam tape for a bit of dimension.

Finally, the panels to a white card base (4.25"x 5.5").
