MFT Stamps Vault Release: Birdie Brown Santa's Elves

Hello Crafty Friends! The MFT November Vault Release is now live! 🎉 Be sure to check out the MFT blog and shop for all of the newly released products and inspirations!

I Hope Santa Spoils You Rotten! I have a fun Christmas card to share with you today featuring the super cute images from the Birdie Brown Santa's Elves set. How adorable are these elves, right?! I just love MFT Vault Releases because I get to play with sets that I missed out on before they were retired. I’m a HUGE fan of Birdie Brown and this set is a must! 😍

I stamped the images from the BB Santa's Elves set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the coordinating BB Santa's Elves Die-namics to cut them out.

COPIC COLORS:
Skin: E000/00/21/11/93
Hair: E33
Red: R22/24/29/39
Green: YG01/03/17
White: C00/1
Yellow: Y13/15 E33
Black: T3/5/7
Snow: B0000/000

For the background, I took two pieces of white cardstock. With the first one, I used the Tree Lines Die-namics to diecut a row of trees. With the second panel, I used some Tumbled Glass  and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide inks to ink blend a little color to the panel. I trimmed both panels with the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2 Die-namics. I used a white gel pen to add some snow to the inked panel.

For the sentiment, I stamped one of the sentiments from the set directly onto the tree lined panel with MFT Extreme Black ink. I adhered the two stitched panels to each other.

The colored images were adhered onto the panel with liquid adhesive and I added some shadowing onto the snow with Copic markers.

I adhered the panel to a piece of Red Hot cardstock before adhering it to a white card base (4.25"x 5.5").
