Hello, Crafty Friends! Welcome to the first day of the MFT July Release Countdown! We've got an amazing release this month and I am super excited to share a sneak peek with you today. The July Release will be available on Tuesday, July 30 at 10:00 am EDT.
Sending Happy Birthday Wishes! I have a fun slimline birthday card to share with you today featuring these adorable images from the new Stacey Yacula Special Delivery set. These critters are as cute as can be and they have a very special delivery to make for a very special birthday.
I stamped the images from the SY Special Delivery set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the coordinating SY Special Delivery Die-namics to cut them out.

For the sentiment, I stamped of one of the sentiments from the set with Versamark Watermark ink onto a piece of anti-static treated Black Licorice cardstock. I added white embossing powder before heat setting the embossing. The sentiment was then trimmed out with one of the dies from the Blueprints 27 Die-namics.
For the background, I took a piece of white cardstock (3.75" x 8.5") and lightly ink blended some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink created a subtle background. I trimmed 1/8" off from each of the sides to eliminate all of the harsh ink blending and to create a 3.5" x 8.25" panel. I adhered the panel to a white card base (3.75" x 8.5").
I adhered the clouds onto the panel with liquid adhesive. I adhered the rest of the colored images and the sentiment onto the panel with some foam tape for a bit of dimension and interest.
