Purple Onion Designs 2024 Winter & Holiday Release

Hello, Crafty Friends! I am so excited that there's a new Purple Onion Designs 2024 Winter & Holiday Release today. And the amazing part is that there are THREE new collections in this release. The Stacey Yacula Whispering Pines Collection consists of 26 stamps. The Chilliezgraphy by Pei Tofu & Friends Season's Greetings Collection consists of 9 stamps. And there is a new illustrator to Purple Onion Designs: Holly Mabutas with her Winterwood Collection of 30 stamps.

I have three cards to share with you today. One from each of the new collection. So let's get started. 

Merry Christmas! For my first card, I have a sweet Christmas card to share with you featuring Baking Fun. This one of my favorite images from the Tofu & Friends Season's Greetings Collection, absolutely beautifully illustrated by Chilliezgraphy by Pei. This adorable baker mouse holding a holiday cupcake just stole my heart! I love to bake during the holidays. I'm not sure how Pei knew that but I'm positive that she made this stamp image for me!

I stamped the image onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I fussy cut out the image.

Shadow: T0/1/3

For the background, I took a piece of white cardstock (4" x 5.25") and lightly ink blended with Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide inks for a hint of color on the background. I added some dots with a white gel pen for some interest. 

For the sentiment, I stamped of one of the sentiments from the Merriest City Sentiment Set directly onto the panel with the same black ink.

I adhered the panel to a piece of red cardstock before adhering it to a white card base (4.25" x 5.5") with liquid adhesive.

Have a Warm & Cozy Holiday Season! For my second card, I have another sweet Christmas card to share with you featuring Clementine, Mack, Katie, General Store and Little Pines from the new Whispering Pines Collection by Stacey Yacula. These adorable friends are sharing a warm and cozy moment during the holidays.

I stamped the critter images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I fussy cut out the image. 

For the background, I stamped the General Store and Little Pines images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento London Fog ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens.

For the sentiment, I stamped of one of the sentiments from the Essential HOLIDAY Greetings Sentiment Set directly onto the panel with the same black ink.

I used the largest die from the MFT A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX set 2 Die-namics to trim the panel. I adhered all of the colored images.

I adhered the panel onto a piece of black cardstock before adhering it to a white card base (4.25" x 5.5").

Have the Merriest Christmas! For my last card, I have a fun Christmas card to share with you featuring Scooter, Bobbin and Daisy from the new Winterwood Collection. These adorable friends are having the time of their lives making snow angels. 

I stamped the critter images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock (4" x 5.25") with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens.

I lightly ink blended the edges with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks for a hint of color on the background. I added some dots with a white gel pen for some interest. 

For the sentiment, I stamped of one of the sentiments from the Essential HOLIDAY Greetings Sentiment Set directly onto the panel with Versafine Satin Red ink.

I adhered the panel to a white card base (4.25" x 5.5").
