Hello, Crafty Friends! I am back with more cards to share with you featuring the new collections from the Purple Onion Designs 2024 Winter & Holiday Release. I have three clean and simple cards to share with you today. So let's get started.
Merry & Bright! For my first card, I have a cute Christmas card to share with you featuring Christmas Igloo. This one of my favorite images from the Tofu & Friends Season's Greetings Collection, so beautifully illustrated by Chilliezgraphy by Pei. The penguins and bear working together to set up lights on the igloo is just the sweetest scene.
I stamped the image onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I fussy cut out the image.

For the background, I used the largest die from the MFT A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX set 2 Die-namics to trim a piece of white cardstock. I masked out the bottom portion of the panel and lightly ink blended with Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide inks for a hint of color on the background. I added some dots with a white gel pen for some interest.
For the sentiment, I stamped one of the sentiments from the Essential HOLIDAY Greetings Sentiment Set with Versamark Watermark ink onto a piece of red cardstock and heat embossed with Detail White Embossing Powder. I used the smallest die from the Hero Arts Nesting Tags Infinity Dies to diecut the sentiment out.
I adhered the colored image to the inked panel before adhering the panel to a red cardbase (4.25" x 5.5"). I adhered the sentiment to the card with a piece of twine.
Merry Christmas! 'Tis the Sweetest Season! For my second card, I have a clean and simple Christmas card to share with you featuring Calvin, Breanna and Sarah with sweet treats from the Pie Shop. These sweet images (no pun intended!) are from the Whispering Pines Collection by Stacey Yacula.
I stamped the critter images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the image with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I fussy cut out the image.
For the background, I stamped the Pie Shop and the General Store (twice onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento London Fog ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I used the largest die from the MFT A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX set 2 Die-namics.

For the sentiment, I stamped one of the sentiments from the Essential HOLIDAY Greetings Sentiment Set with Versamark Watermark ink onto a piece of red cardstock and heat embossed with Detail White Embossing Powder. I used a paper trimmer to trim out the sentiment. I stamped a second sentiment from the same set directly onto the panel with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
I adhered the critters and the sentiment strip onto the panel with foam tape. I adhered the panel onto a red cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
We Wish You a Merry Christmas! For my last card, I have a clean and simple Christmas card featuring Carlie & Vincent during their visit to the Tree Farm. These sweet images are also from the Whispering Pines Collection by Stacey Yacula.
I stamped Carlie & Vincent and the Tree Farm Sign onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Copic markers and accented with gel pens. I fussy cut out the image.

For the background, I stamped the Perfect Pines twice onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock (%.25" x 5.25") with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide ink.
I stamped a sentiment from the Holiday Time Sentiment set directly onto the panel with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
I adhered the Tree Farm Sign with liquid adhesive and the critters with foam tape for a bit of dimension and interest. I adhered the panel onto a piece of red cardstock before adhering it to a a white cardbase (5.5" x 5.5").
