Have a Sweet Christmas! I have a fun Christmas card to share with you today featuring the new Christmas Bucket Additions Dies, Gingerbread Friends and Argyle Pierced Plate Die. These adorable gingerbread friends are having the time of their lives with all of the candy and presents! So let's get started.
I used the Argyle Pierced Plate Die to add texture to a piece of pink cardstock (4' x 5.25"). I adhered the pink panel to a white A2 cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
The Christmas Bucket Additions Dies used to diecut all of the elements out of white, colored and gold cardstock. I used Copic markers to color in some of the diecuts for depth and desired color. I assembled and adhered all of the elements with liquid glue. A white gel pen was used to add highlights.
I stamped the images from the Gingerbread Friends Stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used the Gingerbread Friends Coordinating Dies to diecut them out. I colored the images with Copic markers and highlighted them with a white gel pen.
COPIC COLORS:
Gingerbread men: E51/53/33/99, R20, R22/24/29
Hats: R22/24/29/39, C00/1/3
Red (striped present): R24
White: C00/1/3
Green: YG03
For the sentiment, I stamped the Have a Sweet Christmas sentiment from the Gingerbread Friends Stamp set onto a piece of pink cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used the Gingerbread Friends Dies to diecut it out.
The candy bucket and all of the fun contents as well as the sentiment were adhered to the pink panel with a combination of liquid glue and foam tape for dimension and interest.
