Be sure to check out the entire new In My Heart Release for more inspirations.
I had so much fun playing with this Release and have created three cards to share with you today featuring the new Nature In Bloom Stamp. So let's get started.
Hello Friend! For my first card, I have a postage style card to share with you showcasing this nature text background stamp that I have paired up with the Pretty Pink Posh Hummingbird Floral set on a layout using the Alex Syberia Designs Postage Stamps Cover Die.
I stamped the images from the Pretty Pink Posh Hummingbird Floral Stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I used the coordinating Hummingbird Floral Dies to diecut them out. I colored them with Copic markers and highlighted them with a white gel pen.
COPIC COLORS:
Hummingbird: B000/00/02/04, YG0000/00/01/03, T3
Flowers: RV000/10/21/13/14, YG01/03/17, Y06, BV0000/00/04
For the layout, I used the Alex Syberia Designs Postage Stamps Cover Die to diecut a panel out of white cardstock. I matted it onto a piece of black cardstock.
I stamped the Nature in Bloom Stamp onto a piece of light pink cardstock with Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide ink. Once dry, I trimmed the panel down the pink panel and adhered it to the top of the postage stamp white panel.
Next, I diecut an oval out of white cardstock using the Hero Arts Nesting Oval Infinity Dies. I adhered the colored flower images to the bottom of the oval and cut off any excess that extended beyond the oval. The oval was adhered to the center of the pink panel with foam tape.
For the sentiment, I stamped the "Hello Friend" sentiment from the Hummingbird Floral Stamp set with Versamark Watermark ink onto a piece of black cardstock and heat embossed with Detail White Embossing Powder. A die from the Pretty Pink Posh Sentiment Strip Dies was used to diecut out the sentiment.
The colored bird and sentiment were adhered to the panel with foam tape for a bit of dimension and interest. I finished the card with a few PPP Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix. The panel was adhered to a white A2 cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
Thank You! For my second card, I have a thank you card to share with you showcasing the Nature in Bloom background stamp that I have paired up with the same Pretty Pink Posh Hummingbird Floral set.
I stamped, diecut and colored the bird image from the Pretty Pink Posh Hummingbird Floral Stamp set in the same manner I did for the first card.
For the layout, I stamped the Nature in Bloom Stamp onto a piece of light blue cardstock with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink. Once dry, I trimmed the panel down the blue panel and I adhered a piece of craft foam to the back of the panel before adhering it to a white A2 cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
For the sentiment, I used the Fancy Thank You Die to diecut the sentiment out 3 times out of white cardstock. I adhered the layers to each other and then to the panel with liquid glue.
The colored bird was adhered to the panel with foam tape for a bit of dimension and interest. I finished the card with a few PPP Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix.
You are Wonderful! For my final card, I paired the Nature in Bloom background stamp with an adorable bunny from the previously released I Love You a Bunch Stamp set to create this sweet card that can be used for just about any occasion.
I stamped image from the I Love You a Bunch stamp set with Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb cardstock. I colored with Copic markers and highlighted with a white gel pen. The image was fussy cut out.
COPIC COLORS:
Bunny: C00/0/1/3, R000/20
Pink: RV000/10/21/13/14
Green: YG01/03/17
