Purple Onion Designs: Bottoms Up

Hello, Crafty Friends! Happy Friday! It's been a long week. Just popping in to share this clean and simple card that just seems perfect for the day. This sweet Purple Onion Designs stamp, from the latest Tofu & Friends Sunshine & Dreams Release, is so appropriately named "Bottoms Up". It was beautifully illustrated by Chilliezgraphy by Pei.

I stamped the Bottoms Up image onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock as well as a piece of masking paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I fussy cut out the mask and applied it to the panel. I lightly ink blended the background with Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide ink, removed the mask and colored the image with Copic markers.

COPIC COLORS:
Cat: W00/0/1/3/5, R000/20, R20
Glass: R000
Corkscrew: E21/23/25, C1/3
Cork: E31/33
Shadow: T0/1

For the sentiment, I stamped the "Bottoms Up!" sentiment from the new Sunshine & Daydreams Sentiment Set directly onto the panel with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I trimmed the panel out with the Stitched Torn Rectangles Dies and matted with a piece of pink cardstock before being adhered to a white A2 cardbase (4.25" x 5.5").
